Angeli di Varano has been family-owned and operated through 3 generations. Located in the Marche region of Italy on the Conero Mountain and nestled within the Ecological Parco Regionale del Conero, brothers Lorenzo and Matteo Chiucconi have focused on bringing the exquisite Rosso Conero wines to market.
Both Chiucconi brothers have strong ties to the wine industry:
Lorenzo serves on dell'Associazione Italiana Sommelier and is Vice-President of the Provinciale della Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori.
Matteo has degrees not only in Agricultural Sciences and Technology but also in Viticulture and Enology. He has studied winemaking in 4 different countries, including at Rutherford Hill Winery in Napa Valley, McLaren Vale, Australia and Agrinio, Greece.
When you ask the brothers who is older, one will tell you he is "Forever Younger" while the other will reply he is "Forever Wiser".
The grapes of this region, the prestigious Montepulciano, are all hand-picked ensuring excellence in every bottle.

Rosso Conero D.O.C. is intense ruby red in color, the bouquet is well structured, intense and overwhelming, with notes of soft fruit, black cherry and blackberry.
Its elegant and warm taste fills the palate with its rich structure, its accentuated tannins and a long persistence.
